The Diagnostic Instruments / Spot Imaging Solutions D50MZC is a 0.50 × Direct Image Projection (DIP) C-mount coupler designed for use with 1/2" CCD cameras on Leica stereo microscopes. 

It is highly regarded for its low-profile, parfocal design that produces flat field images.  D50MZC acts as an optical coupler, specifically designed to relay images accurately from Leica microscope phototubes to C-mount format digital cameras.

The functions as an embedded vision system. The camera is built directly into the drone's structural chassis and communicates with an internal single-board computer, relying on internal microcontrollers to handle continuous input signals.
